Invisible vylon zipper production is a professional and technical requirements of high work, the whole production involves more than ten professional disciplines, from chemical to machinery, from textile to printing and dyeing, from metallurgy to electronics, and then to automation control. Zipper production process is relatively long, large quantities of products, complex varieties, high manufacturing accuracy requirements. Therefore, it looks like an ordinary zipper, but it actually involves a wide range of knowledge and content, and management is also more complex.
So far, there are more than 20,000 patents involving zippers in seven countries and two organizations in the world. Some people even call zipper production a precision manufacturing, one of the outstanding masterpieces of human intelligence. Due to the emergence of new technology and new equipment, zipper processing technology and flow is constantly changing, this paper is to introduce the present stage of nylon zipper conventional production technology.
The manufacturing process of nylon zippers can be divided into 4 stages:
1. Pretreatment
This stage is mainly to process raw materials into semi-finished zipper products.
Firstly, a spiral tooth chain is made by winding polyester monofilament and central core wire through a molding machine. The ribbon loom weaves polyester filament into ribbon zipper belt, then sends the spiral tooth chain and two zipper belts into the sewing machine at the same time, and sews the tooth chain and cloth belt with sewing thread to form nylon zipper white blank chain belt.
2. Dyeing finish
In this stage, the white open end nylon zipper is dyed and arranged into colored chain belt.
The white ribbon ribbon is uniformly wound on the dyeing cylinder through the winding machine, and then put into the high temperature dyeing cylinder, the dyeing cylinder has been pre-added with the prepared dyes and additives, the white ribbon in high temperature and high pressure conditions after a period of time to complete the coloring process, become the colored chain belt. Then the colored chain belt is ironed and finalized by the ironing machine, so that the colored chain belt becomes smooth and crisp, and the structure of the zipper is relatively stable, becoming the primary product.
Nylon long chain zipper belt after winding, length counting process, packaging direct sales, is code zipper; Zipper belt continues to transfer to the next process for deep processing, is a zipper.
3. Pull the head for production
This stage is divided into three parts: die casting of drawing head fittings, assembly of drawing head fittings and surface treatment of assembled drawing head. The surface treatment of the puller is in the form of baking paint, electrophoresis, electroplating and so on, so that the puller becomes a colored finished product.
4. Finished product processing
This stage is mainly about the colored chain belt and finished product pulling head and the corresponding accessories to assemble customers need zipper products. Finished zippers can be divided into open zippers and closed zippers.
