This double bow is very similar to the gardener's knot, but without the center ring and with two ribbons, it is colorful.
The dimensions : difficulty level: intermediate junction: are not fixed
To make this ribbon bow, prepare:
✧ two kinds of clip wire ribbons in different colors, 1.8~2.7m long and 38mm wide
✧ scissors
✧ duckbill clip
✧25cm long 0.4mm diameter wire
1. Think about how wide you want to make the knot and multiply that number by 9. Decide how long you want to leave the end of the knot and multiply that number by two. Add the two numbers together and cut the ribbon slightly longer than the total to make room for folding.
2. Place one ribbon on top of the other, pinching both ribbons tightly as the knot is made.
3. Pinch the ends of the two ribbons together to make a loop on the left that is half the width of the knot. Do the same thing on the right.
4. Clamp the center with the duck bill clip. Before turning the other loop left or right, twist the ribbon half way around the bottom of the knot so that all ribbons of the same pattern face up.
5. Repeat step 3 so that each side has 4 rings of the same size.
6. Remove the clip, wrap the wire around the center of the knot and pinch tightly.
7. Without winding the wire itself, simply grab the loop with one hand and hold the wire firmly with the other hand. Twist the knot several times in your direction so that the wire will tighten firmly.
8. Pull the loops apart in all directions to make the knot look fuller, pointing all the loops towards you so that they look almost flat from the bottom.
