1, Dry conflict detection method, the first ribbon or wash label tiled in the conflict resistance color fastness ribbon manufacturers on the machine bottom plate, and then, with a clamping device will be fixed at both ends of the ribbon or wash label, so that the length and direction of the ribbon or wash label and the direction of the instrument are consistent.
Next, the ribbon or wash label is fixed on the clash head of the clash fastness test machine to make the warp direction of the clash cloth consistent with the running direction of the clash head. In the length direction of the dry conflict ribbon or washing mark, after the boot, the reciprocating range is 100mm, the straight pressure of the conflict head is 9N, do not check the warp and weft direction of the ribbon or washing mark. The wetness of the ribbon or wash label and conflict cloth shall be adjusted in the standard atmosphere, and the experiment shall be carried out in the standard atmosphere.
2. Wet conflict detection method: The operation method is to wet the ribbon or washing label with three levels of water, and then put it on the dripping net to drop water evenly. You can also use the liquid rolling roller to squeeze, so that the water content reaches 95% ~ 105%. Other operation steps are basically the same as the dry conflict check method. After the wet conflict is checked, dry the wet conflict cloth at room temperature.
Detection result judgment:
Use gray sample cards to identify and record the above levels of warp and weft wet and dry conflict. Generally, velvet fabrics (cotton belts) (including textile carpets) use rectangular conflict heads, and other textile types use circular conflict heads.
In the inspection of color fastness to conflict, note that it should be carried out on the front of the ribbon or wash label. If any dyed fiber is brought out and left on the conflict cloth, it must be removed with a brush. If it is a lining fabric, it should be stored in a sealed, dry place, away from light, to avoid contamination, moisture and yellowing.
Before the experiment, we should carefully check whether the conflict surface of the conflict head is smooth and high, and ensure that the conflict cloth is firmly fixed on the conflict head and cannot be loosened. After fixing, the conflicting head should be carefully placed on the ribbon or wash label to avoid accidental addition of color.
